Community Table & Events

  • If your event/RSVP includes 6-10 people, we will happily reserve our art table for up to two hours. 
  • If you'd like to host a community-invited event in our space, we will work with you to determine if there are any booking fees.
  • Parties under 5 are first come first serve seating; no reservation required.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • We need at least three weeks' notice to announce our closures and order supplies. 
  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to book your spot. 

Private *Full Space* Rentals 

  • If you would like to rent our full space, prices vary depending on the day. 
  • Private parties can only be held at the end of our service day. 
  • We reserve the right to have service before the party, with one hour of stop-service before your event, to transition our customers.
  • We need at least 2 weeks' notice to ensure we are fully staffed and prepared, and to order the right wine, food, and other service items.

MONDAY & TUESDAY

$300 for up to 3 hours, starting at 6pm 

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY

$500 for up to 3 hours, starting at 6pm

FRIDAY & SATURDAY

$1,500 for up to 4 hours, starting at 6pm

SUNDAY

$1,000 for up to 3 hours, 4-7pm

Private Weekday *Lunch* Rentals 

  • We are available for private lunches between the hours of 12 and 3pm.
  • This is a neat idea for work events, private networking groups, & more.
  • We can tailor these lunches with kitchen takeovers, tastings, private art projects.

MONDAY — THURSDAY

$250 base space rental  

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY

$500 for up to 3 hours, starting at 6pm

FRIDAY 

$1,000 for up to 4 hours, starting at 6pm

SATURDAY

$1,500 for up to 4 hours, starting at 6pm

SUNDAY

$700 for up to 3 hours, 4-7pm

Private Rental Details

YOUR BOOKING FEE INCLUDES

  • Planning session - we will be in communication to make this the best day! If we need to special order alcohol or painting / craft supplies, etc - we need 2 weeks notice.
  • Menu preparation, collaboration, and event coordination among all parties. 
  • Staff to handle wine and food service, and help setting up/tear downs, cleaning. 

YOU MAY BRING

  • Your own dessert or catered food (by a licensed source)
  • Decorations to fit your event (please note, they cannot interfere with safety for our guests or staff). 

YOU CANNOT BRING

Your own alcohol (per our license)

Additional details are outlined in our private rental agreement, which will be sent over after the initial booking.
